He got banned on ggc and pbbans because he put easyaccount.exe into his cod folder (a tool to cheat yourself to rank 55 and unlock everything etc.) Also his K/D ratio is 0.7 so i do kinda question this ban.

I banned you because you preaimed people in positions where you couldnt know they were there. And not just 1 or 2 in the entire map but 3-4 in the same round.
