you can type /pb_plist in console and you see a list of all players and their guids. you can get your own guid with /pb_myguid

Speaking english on the server is a rule, a warning was given (as you said) so the kick was justified. Im pretty sure everyone or atleast 99% of the people will understand "English only". Ofc there could be a second or a third warning, maybe tell the player directly instead of spamming a bind...
