Nice Ryu, I was just about to ask you for some local hiphop, I knew Mc Solaar and IAM from back in the day, since they collaborated with artists from the US.
There is not much of a hiphop scene in Iceland but I can post some :)

well the french main scene is iam (best french hiphop band imo), NTM, Mc solaar known by foreigners since he did a featuring with guru from gangstarr,

but the underground scene is really rich also, with bands like

sages poetes de la rue
east
cut killer (the french dj premier)
fabe

check this one, from a :masterpiece french movie called "la haine"...listen to the KRS one remix, imo its epic ^^

u may recognize the french actor vincent cassel, who plays in the movie "ocean's 12" and many other hollywood movies
