Fast rusty example. The lines are very classic but you get the colour combination idea. Cooler design with a nice logo it could look great.

I love it ! The design is simple, but awesome.

Where would our logo go, if we will actually put it there ?

It looks very nice.
 
I don't find this idea vital at all. I have a lot of T-shirts, sponsored by my university and it was exciting only first 2-3 times. Plus I don't like football style, agressive colors are fine.
