He was DEFINITELY wallhacking !
He came online, played 3 rounds and got 19 kills / 2 deaths.
He was shooting at walls where you didn't see an enemy (and got kills) and he was running unprotected (without taking cover) over the map, always shooting at walls.
I watched him a very long time.
In the killcam you could also see that the aim appeared to be "warping" towards his enemies sometimes (could be a graphical error or ping lag also).

You could run away and hide at a very unusual place where he could not see you - he ran towards that point, pointed through the wall and shot you.

He himself told us that he was using a hack named "Warlords".
