Difficult. Both teams will play careful and rather defensive I guess, because they're the top teams of their group and can get their points in the next games. It could well be a candidate for a tie. On the other hand, Hollands defense is not their biggest strength and Spain will be merciless taking advantage out of the slightest mistake the oranjes make. I say tie though.
