Sold the PC, now have a laptop and i have installed CoD4, but getting high ping and keep being kicked for packet loss.
Could somebody give me some FPS / Packet Loss and other commands i can type into console to improve my gaming experience please..............

The only command that isnt forced by promod to a certain value is cl_packetdup, 0 should be used on LAN, 1 is for most people with pings between 20-40, 2 is for people with 40-60 etc etc. If you have a lot of packetloss it may help to put this command on 5.
