This is a clip from the german comedy show "switch". It's a fictive TV show named "Deutsche Welle Polen" ("German Broadcast Poland"), and, before you start hating, ofc it's satirical. ;)

I'm not hating. But trully thats lame too :P Because it's not near how Poland looks like. Well maybe in communist times...but well East Germany (DDR) looked the same or even worst ;)
 
Of course that's not what Poland looks like, it's a satirical comedy show. It's meant to drive far beyond :)
