players on server

hi i´m new here and i play sometimes/often in oyur server and there are many noobs which use marty, last stand or grenade launcher, but that´s not the main problem.. there is a very big noob Tube-ani.. he is ONLY switching side for spawning throw a nade and change for getting high score ... only this.
this is really annoying so if you see tube-ani pls ban him he made this every 4 rounds today thx PiedeR
