Ping Problems, need help:(

Hey all,
since 2 weeks i have problems with my Ping ( 200)
Sometimes i get a kick because my ping is to high.
Internet: dsl 16000
Maybe someone can help me..
I hope... if i have no solution for this problem. I must leave

2 times my Ping was incresed to over 200. Both times i got Trojan Virus. Check how many Mb usege of schost.exe

I dont know if its fixet , but you can olways luck if you got a background download , or having a program running...
