Kill Death Ratio on Promod

Just a quickie, I don't know what the mod is but after 2.17 being uploaded to server yesterday is it possible to have the kill / death mod on server like they have on Netsky?
Obviously open for discussion....

imo its just more useless client spam (in b4 server command overflow again), tho its more useful than this stupid picking up in kniferound since you cant even pick someone up whos not in sight, and ofc because ice always uses it to annoy me (idc fu lemo )
