Ban?

Dear Sir,

I join often your server and have fun around for 2 years now maybe more. I was playing yesterday under the alias Ninja.
I was lagging and smn mentioned that to me. Then I realized that I was downloading a torrent file and my ping was going up and down so I turned it off to enjoy the game.
Then I realized that I got banned for hacking.....that is so weird since I do not know how I can hack and I never do that.
I play COD4 since 2007 so I am not new to the game and I have played with many people at your server the last year and if you check my guid is clean. TBH it is the 1st time that I get banned from a cod4 server.

You realize that you're downloading a torrent and then you realize you're banned?

You realize that you're downloading something the very first second you join the server. You notice that you're banned the very first second you realize you've been caught

I was playing and I I had some connection issues. (lag spikes not extended lag)
AFTER TWO maps of gaming in the server when someone said something about my lag I remembered that I was downloading a movie simultaneously...
I turned off utorrent and I continued to play. Then I saw a message that I got banned for hacking....
Please check logs it is all written in there.
I politely ask why you banned me since I did nothing and it is not the 1st time that I play here.
We have played together many times. I just change alias (Ninja, Crazy Goat, Mrs Goat etc)

You were banned for the suspision of wallhacking. To be fair you were dodgy in the few rounds i got to spec you. The admin who originally banned you was Red. He told me he was 100% sure you were hacking. I perma banned you based on his opinion. Ill ask him to reply when i see him

Guid is also clean

Hi Ninja.

It was me who banned/got you banned that evening.

I am trying to remember the first kill you got that raised my suspicion but the kill you got me in Backlot was super suspicious.
You were at bricks, aiming down sight at middlehouse.
I was running behind mid and went to the rathole and crawled under.
At this time you aimed right at me, followed me through the wall towards the rathole.
At this point you get stunned and start to shoot as im crawling under and stand up, and you kill me.

For me all that looked like 100% wh since I was the only one there and the stun came from your left, but you insist to shoot there.

Since it´s just my word, i have no proof and you have come on here to apply for the unban(witch in most cases, just clean people do), we might as well unban you and keep an eye out ?
