3frags by Morphi every day when no Admin is on

Hi guys,

lately a Player named TSC Dr. Morphi uses 3 frags and refuses to Switch. He knows the rules since days and braggs he doesnt follow rules cause no admin is on.

your Server, your rules, but People like this Need a ban, else they will break rules each time they feel no admin in sight..

hes on right now and keeps bragging how he doesnt care about ban, cause he has many guids lol

PS: demo is there if needed. (saying he never uses 3 frags then kills me showing it in killcam lol)
