You don't have to log in every 3 hours, it's just recommanded because you might be destroyed if you don't react. Also I discovered that only your first country is protected for 7d, the rest are for 24h if I am not wrong.

I suggest making it 6v6 with 2 servers. Same amount of slots but less players = more tactical. btw in swat4 it was 16 players because it was the maximum (unless you edit some files)
