No, SWAT4 servers won't be up again to make place for 3 new CoD4 servers:

1.: 24/7 Killhouse only (Domination)
2.: The big World Mafia Pro-Map-Server (FFA, Maps are Downpour and Creek)
3.: 24/7 shipment (FFA, 64-Slot)

Some admin commands don't work properly on the server (like mute) but KF will fix it and it will work just fine
