Strange error

I would like to ask if someone know how to solve this problem. This msg only apear on war server (locked) I dont has that problem on our public server

I and Miss had similar error yesterday...server fault = KF fault or Kakashi

I had this problem before, its easy to solve, just unistall COD and play SWAT4 often...
