Thats wrong, noone says "Flöte" for "dick" or "flöten" for "sucking". The most common words for "dick" are "Schwanz", "Glied", "Latte"... (when erected)
The classic german word for fellatio is "einen blasen" (lit. = to blow (1) ), others are "einen abkauen" (="to chew on one") (Schwanz)lutschen (=to suck (a dick)) and so on...
