2in1 stun nade impact kill

Have you ever seen 2 impact kills with only one special (stun) nade?

If the other guy had been taking enough damage then i think it could kill himp aswell just by exploding close enough to him (at least that happens in other cod's
 
I have a few times killed two with one stun, but then one with impact (threw on a guy), and another with the explotion. But never 2 impact kills with the same stun nade :)
 
Possibly they were on top of each other or running behind each other like with no distance apart
