I guess, it's been a long time since you invited us and today is a good day to give an answer, I hope, my mates won't mind me answering for a whole team one more time:
WM won't take part in tournament. Not enough members, which would like to play swat 4 again.

SkT the new WM Putin

Honestly speaking, we were done with SWAT even when the last tourno took place, and still we had divided opinions about it (no UAC, low ammount of players willing to play) but decided to join and make it like WM SWAT4 funeral.

Now, we don't have even the slightest interest in the game. And for me, I would consider it just because it is RD, but when I saw custom maplist, it killed my will to play for obvious reasons. I am sure the others think the same.
