Maybe patch is other language version. try download another 1.1 patch

btw. the problem can be coz of your swat.exe is 1.0 cracked wersion. I always instal patch before i crack game. If you have your game 1.0 with crack , backup you original swat.exe file than instal 1.1 patch and than crack 1.1 version

As I remember I had the similar error...so I would not worry about it. The most important is to use the correct crack.
